HolmesReport Recognizes Firm's Unique Vision, Philosophy and Results

The HolmesReport "Best Public Relations Agencies to Work For" survey was conducted online with employees of participating agencies responding to 55 questions covering all aspects of their firm's culture - from trust in management to compensation and client service. More than 4,000 employees from more than 100 agencies participated in the survey.
The report praises PerkettPR for utilizing a virtual structure, which is "still surprisingly unusual in the public relations business." This structure minimizes overhead while bringing together full-time, senior level public relations professionals that receive a salary and benefits. The firm has also moved away from the typical hierarchical structure utilized by most agencies and which often leads to junior executives executing account work.
